Trouble report investigation and correction, upgrade and maintenance handling, designated customer account management, and developer consulting all ensure the best care for our customers.


How to open a support request

To open a support request you must fill out and submit the support request form. Please submit as much information as possible. This will reduce the time it takes for our staff to determine what your problem is, if the problem is produced by an error in our product and if the problem has already a solution that you might need to apply. If you do not supply all the required information, our staff might need to contact you for further details, which will delay solving your concern. Customers that have a support agreement with GMG receive a customer number. Please use the customer number when opening support requests. This will assist us in identifying your software and hardware environment and reduce unnecessary questions that you might have answered on previous issues. It will also help us determine if the reported problem is linked to other support requests you might have already entered into our system.


How to check status on support requests

Once you have opened a support request in our support system and the request has been processed internally, you will receive a case number. The case number will be the key for you to request updates on the status of the pending issue. If you wish to request the status of a pending issue, or would like to update information on the issue, please make sure you send a mail to support@gmg-wireless.com with the case number attached to the mail. This will reduce the time to process the request for update and ensure you get the correct information. For beta customers, we request you send the mail to beta@gmg-wireless.com. If you wish to update the support request before you have received a case number you can send a mail to the appropriate mail address (described above) with your customer ID number, and a reference to the opened support request (such as the summary description).
